Full Planning

Our Full Planning is designed for couples who want comprehensive support throughout the entire planning process from the initial concept to the final execution on your wedding day. We manage every detail to ensure your wedding is exactly as you envision it, so you can enjoy a stress-free experience.

For this package, we recommend a minimum overall wedding budget of $75,000 for 100 guests

Wedding Design

Our Wedding Design is the perfect service for couples who plan on doing a majority of the wedding planning themselves but would like a personalized design and assistance with sourcing your floral and rental vendors. Our team works closely with you to understand your style, preferences, and the vibe you're aiming for. By customizing every detail, from the color palette to the decor and ambiance, we ensure your wedding reflects your unique personality and vision.



For this package, we recommend clients are prepared to spend a minimum of $10,000 on florals and rentals for their wedding

Month-of Coordination

This package is perfect for couples who have planned the majority of their wedding details, but need help buttoning up the final details such as timeline creation, vendor communication, along with someone on-site to coordinate the day-of. Our team will gather all final event details and any other pertinent information that will contribute to the successful execution of the event, and provide assistance up to 45 days prior to the event.

Upon booking, we meet with you to walk you through our online system, Aisle Planner, and get you oriented to our game plan for your wedding. Depending on what services you’ve selected, we’ll map out how the entire process will go.

My venue has a coordinator…is that enough?

A venue coordinator works for the venue, while we work for you. A venue coordinator’s biggest priority is ensuring that all venue guidelines are being followed. They do not work to bring your specific wedding vision to life. That’s where we come in!

We are planning a destination wedding in Florida. Can you help?

Yes! The Southwest Florida region is a popular wedding destination and we love working with our out-of-town couples! We are used to handling things virtually as needed and helping you navigate the local wedding industry, especially if you may not be familiar with the area!
